Myanmar’s Military is a Regional Destabilizer

In this article, my colleague Lucas and I argue that the Myanmar junta's impact extends beyond Myanmar's borders via spillover and support for revisionism. In short, the junta acts as a rogue state and should be viewed as a source of regional instability.
